SAFETY FEATURES
- Limit Switches : To ensure precise landing of dumper at each level.
- Micro Switch : To prevent the landing door opening when the skip hoist lift is in operation.Hoist will stop & buzzer will
automatically to sound if door open while operating.
- Double-limit Switch : To stop the skip hoist from operating when there is an overloading or short-circuit. Buzzer will automatically to
sound if this happen.
- Hoisting Motor with Thermal Protector : To protect the motor from the burning damage caused by heat due to overwork.
- Final Limit Switch : To prevent overhoisting and overlowering of dumper.
- Stop Button : To stop skip hoist from operating during emergency or can use for stop the dumper and call back to any level.
- Alarm Device / Buzzer : To help operator to know when they face problem.
- Safety fence & door : Skip hoist is surrounded by a 2440mm high fence and door to prevent accidental entry during machine operation
